How versions work
You can always tell which version you agreed to.
When you accept the Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy before your Sentinel workspace is created, CyberWave records the exact version identifier of each document you were shown — not the date, and not a tick-box, but the identifier printed at the top of the document itself.
That means the agreement can be reconstructed later. If a document changes, the earlier version is kept rather than overwritten, and material changes are notified with reasonable notice rather than applied retroactively.
It is a small piece of discipline that costs nothing and is the difference between a consent record that proves something and one that does not.
